I believe that every child is unique and deserves individualized attention and care. I encourage creativity, exploration, and learning through play, and we strive to foster a lifelong love of learning in every child.

Schedule
7:30-8:30 am Children arrive. Free play.
(Earlier drop-off time may be available. Please ask.)
8:00-9:00 Breakfast
8:30-9:00 Free play or outside play - weather permitting
9:00-10:30 Circle or Story Time, Pre-school Activities
10:45-11:45 Free or outside play; group creative and/or arts & crafts activities
12:00-12:45 pm Lunch
1:00-3:00 Nap
3:15-4:00 Snack
4:15-5:00 Free play or outside play - weather permitting
5:00-5:30 Clean up. Parents arrive for pick up.
5:30 CLOSED
This is an outline of a typical day for your child. The daily schedule is flexible to accommodate the children's interests, activity level, special events and weather considerations. Diapering and toilet visits are completed as needed throughout the day.
Nourish
I am a 30 year+ member of the USDA Child & Adult Care Food Program (CACFP)
A day care home must sign an agreement with a sponsoring organization to participate in CACFP. My sponsoring organization is The Day Care Connection.
I believe in and follow the new healthy eating guidelines found at MyPlate.gov and include organic foods/milk in my menus whenever possible. Parents are welcome to bring their own breast milk, formula, and/or age appropriate food if they desire.
I am always open to your suggestions and ideas on improving healthy eating for children!

Since I was going to be a new mom, I was a nervous wreck over just about everything involving my new baby. That all washed away the moment I walked in your door. I'll never forget feeling so satisfied when T didn't want to come home with me. We endlessly teased that you were her real mommy! Ha!
